Flynn Group ANZ is seeking Field Trainers to support Wendy's ANZ expansion. Based in Brisbane or Melbourne, this full time role requires regular travel between restaurants to build crew capability and performance.
You will deliver hands-on training, onboard new hires, and certify staff, while upholding Wendy's standards for service, food safety and operations. You'll partner with restaurant leaders region-wide.
