Above 319, a premier rooftop venue under TFE Hotels, is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the team and own the bar program. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced Sydney setting, guiding service from shift to shift.

Responsibilities include menu design and costing, stock control, rosters and cost management, supplier relations, and safety compliance with RSA and licensing laws. Full AUS working rights required.
