About the role

As Function & Events Manager, you will ensure smooth operation of all function and events, while providing exceptional customer service and leading our professional team.

What you'll be doing

- Managing a range of events from weddings, birthdays and corporate meetings
- Setting up events, ensuring the functions team run the event based on an Event Order
- Applying deposits and charging tab at the end of the function
- Assistance in roster management
- Driving food & beverage sales to achieve set KPIs
- Managing staff schedules/coordinating tasks for seamless service




- Providing leadership and training to team members
- Contributing to strategic initiatives for business growth

What we're looking for

- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a management role
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
