Inspired Search is proudly partnering with ASG, a leading supplier of heavy earthmoving equipment across NSW and QLD mines, who seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Mudgee Head Office team. Whilst the principal focus is on Talent Acquisition, there will be ad hoc responsibility for other administrative tasks to support the leadership team.

This opportunity is for someone ready to hit the ground running, someone who's not afraid to get on the phone, meet candidates face-to-face, and makes things happen.

Key Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for NSW and QLD sites.
- Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives.
- Develop cutting-edge hiring strategies to support growth.
- Advertise on various platforms ( ie. Seek, indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media and the company website).
- Utilising the in-house database and team to network and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct face-to-face and video interviews.
- Liaise with and support hiring managers through the selection process.
- Coordinate with external recruiters on specialist and white-collar vacancies.
- Ability to successfully manage an offer process and the ability to close.
- Prepare and manage employment offers & onboarding process.




- Report on recruitment activity to the broader senior leadership teams.

Ad Hoc Administrative Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional admin support, acting as a key point of coordination across the business and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Closely coordinate with an HR admin colleague, providing guidance and supporting their day-to-day administrative workflow.
- Oversee operational and office management requirements, including facilities, suppliers and day-to-day business continuity.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate travel.
- Support with company-wide communication activities, including photoshoots, social media, eDMs, sponsorships and promotional materials.

About You:

- Strong experience in Blue Collar Mining recruitment, either in-house or agency.
- Located in the vicinity of Mudgee.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
