The Role:
We are seeking an experienced NDIS Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small allied health practice and ensure efficient service delivery across the business. You will lead practice administration, workforce coordination, client experience initiatives and operational processes to support high-quality person-centred services. Working closely with clinicians and support staff, you will implement systems that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden and enhance outcomes. The role will oversee client intake, scheduling, compliance documentation and service utilisation to maintain seamless operations. You will support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning while fostering a positive and professional team culture. Financial oversight will include liaising with accounts functions, monitoring budgets and supporting reporting to leadership.
You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, NDIS requirements and quality frameworks. This position will also contribute to business development, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives across the practice.
Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Health Administration, Practice Management or related field
Experience in practice management, healthcare administration or a similar leadership role
Experience managing administrative staff and operational systems
Solid understanding of allied health, NDIS , disability, healthcare or community services environments
Experience with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High level communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Financial management and reporting experience
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
