Senior / Lead Property Manager | Up to $115k Package + Bonus + WFH Options



An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a leading Brisbane real estate business during a significant period of growth.



You’ll take ownership of a high end rent roll, with progression to help shape its systems, service standards and future direction. For the right person, there is a clear pathway into a Team Leader position within the first 6–12 months.

The Role




- Manage a growing residential portfolio across Brisbane’s western suburbs

- Oversee the full property management process

- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Manage maintenance, arrears, renewals and compliance

- Assist with onboarding properties into the new rent roll

- Help refine systems and processes as the portfolio grows

- Gradually take on mentoring and team leadership responsibilities





- Progress into a Team Leader position within 6–12 months based on performance



About You


- Experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager

- Current Queensland real estate registration

- Strong knowledge of Queensland legislation

- Confident managing a portfolio independently

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused

- Interested in progressing into team leadership

- Comfortable contributing ideas and helping shape a growing department
