Summerland Farm, a unique hospitality and events destination operated by Aruma, is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the day-to-day restaurant operation alongside the Head Chef and Operations Manager.
You will coach a diverse hospitality team, manage rosters and food costs, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support weddings, tours and tourism experiences as the business grows with purpose.
