AWX is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Townsville team. This hands-on role manages end-to-end recruitment across mining, civil and industrial sectors, building robust relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering fast, accurate placements in a competitive market.

You will balance office-based and site-based work, screen candidates, verify licences, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and contribute to a culture of safety and high performance.
