We're looking for a Retail Coordinator who thrives on turning great product into great sales. Someone who has great attention to detail within a bricks and mortar environment. Someone equally comfortable optimising an online store, managing stock, working with our marketing team, and driving the numbers.

The Role

This is a hands-on hybrid role based at our Balwyn North headquarters with the flexibility to work from home. You will support retail performance across our portfolio of golf courses and mini-golf venues nationwide, as well as our online store.

You will:

- Drive retail sales and merchandising standards across multiple sites
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online store (stock, orders, customer experience, promotions)
- Identify product opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and keep ranges fresh and relevant
- Analyse sales data, spot trends, and implement practical actions that improve results
- Support and coach on-course teams to deliver consistent, high-energy retail experiences
- Coordinate stock movements, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity
- Uphold brand standards and the GreenSpace commitment to quality,

Who We're Looking For

You're a natural retailer and salesperson. You bring energy, commercial instinct and a genuine desire to win. Ideally you have:

- Solid retail experience (sports, leisure, fashion or outdoor retail highly regarded)
- Proven sales results and a track record of lifting performance
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and channels
- Comfort working both independently from home and collaboratively in the office
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A positive, can-do attitude that matches the pace and ambition of a growing national operator

Passion for golf or outdoor recreation is a definite advantage, but a hunger to deliver outstanding retail outcomes is non-negotiable.
