The Returned and Services League of Australia – Sydney CBD NSW

Founded in 1916, RSL NSW is a member-based veterans' charity. Our purpose is to support veterans and their families through advocacy and by connecting them to services that improve their wellbeing. We also foster connection through camaraderie, recreation and commemoration within local communities.

RSL NSW works closely with a network of sub-Branches across NSW and partner organisations to deliver support where it is needed most. RSL NSW does not operate clubs or poker machines, and RSL NSW and its sub-Branches are separate entities from RSL Clubs.

As part of our current Strategic Plan, we are focused on ensuring every veteran in NSW understands who we are, what we stand for, and how we can support them, delivering meaningful impact across the veteran community.

We are a values-driven organisation with a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset. Our focus is on creating positive outcomes for the veteran community, and we take pride in the impact of our work.

RSL NSW is a veteran-friendly employer. We recognise the value of skills and experience gained through military service and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that supports veterans and members of the Defence community.

About the Role

Help build a new partnerships program that makes a difference.

As RSL NSW grows its partnerships program, we're looking for a Partner Program Coordinator to help coordinate and strengthen the relationships that make our partnerships successful.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and our Partner Marketing Coordinator, you'll coordinate the day-to-day delivery of partner programs, sponsorships and collaborative initiatives. You'll support the development of strong partner relationships while helping deliver activities,

reporting and outcomes that enhance the visibility and impact of RSL NSW.

From coordinating partner activities and maintaining partnership records to supporting reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll play an important role in building a new partnerships program from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, values collaboration and wants to contribute to meaningful work. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute ideas and grow alongside a team that's passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of partner programs, sponsorships and collaborative initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners while acting as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, ongoing engagement and partnership activities.
- Maintain partnership records, contracts, documentation and reporting.
- Monitor partnership deliverables and support performance reporting and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner experience, systems and program delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You don't need extensive industry experience. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and excited to grow. You enjoy asking questions, contributing ideas and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.

You might be the kind of person who naturally asks,

"How can I help?" You're dependable, enjoy supporting others and are always looking for opportunities to learn, improve and make a positive contribution.

Qualifications

- Experience in account management, partnership coordination, stakeholder engagement, customer service or a similar relationship-focused role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs or stakeholder activities.
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems, project management platforms or similar workplace systems.
- A proactive approach, sound judgement and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a supportive team environment.

What We Offer

This is an opportunity to contribute to an organisation with a proud history and meaningful purpose.

As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll help build a new partnerships program from the ground up while developing your own career. You'll work with people who enjoy sharing ideas, challenging each other and celebrating success together.

- We offer a competitive salary, adaptable hybrid working, additional leave benefits, recognition and rewards, wellbeing initiatives, and genuine opportunities to learn, grow and make a meaningful impact.
- Salary packaging is available for eligible roles.
- As RSL NSW is not a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), the benefits differ from those offered by some not-for-profit organisations.

RSL NSW is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
