The Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable Forklift/Warehouse Operator to join our Yandina team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a hands-on, quick-paced warehousing environment where you will manage the flow of materials across the business, from raw materials inwards to finished goods outwards, while also supporting and replenishing internal production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, with safety, teamwork, and attention to detail essential every day.

The Hours:

You will work a structured roster within warehouse operating hours of 5:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday,



providing consistency and routine.

We offer an optional monthly rostered day off arrangement, allowing you to work 8-hour days and accrue 1 rostered day off per month, supporting better work-life integration.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, check, and store incoming raw materials
- Pick, pack, and dispatch finished goods accurately
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Replenish internal production areas with required materials
- Operate forklifts and RF scanners
- Maintain accurate stock control and rotation
- Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse (5S standards)

About You:

- Forklift licence (essential)
- Warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing environment highly regarded)
- Confident using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
