What you'll be doing
- Supporting a team of experienced Insurance Brokers with day-to-day administration
- Preparing insurance documents and client correspondence
- Speaking with clients over the phone and via email
- Assisting with policy renewals, updates and general enquiries
- Liaising with insurance companies and internal team members
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Learning the fundamentals of the insurance industry from experienced professionals
About you
- A recent school, TAFE or university graduate, or within the first five years of their career
- Friendly, professional and enjoys helping people
- Organised with robust attention to detail
- A confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Reliable, motivated and keen to build a long-term career
- Eager to learn and develop in a supportive team environment
- Previous administration or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
