This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing technical direction and coordinating delivery across local and global engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the local technical lead for a major enterprise client.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead delivery across local and offshore engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance across TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP.
- Translate business priorities into technical delivery plans.
- Manage delivery risks and drive successful project outcomes.
About You
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Technical Delivery Lead.
- Robust hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
- Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams.
- Comfortable working 4 days per week on-site in Sydney CBD.
