This is an exciting 6 month temporary opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join an engineering and infrastructure leader based in the CBD. Known for their high-profile projects, developments, and investments, this company offers a dynamic and supportive environment where your organisational expertise will directly impact project success.
Your New Role
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and strict compliance with company and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence across both internal and customer systems.
- Set up approval workflows, monitor document revisions, and ensure current versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes, ensure data is up to date,
and maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely document submissions.
- Assist with reports/presentations, and support Project and Sales Managers across both proposal and project phases.
About You
- Previous experience with Procore, Aconex, or InEight would be preferred.
