Various shifts between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM Mon-Fri. But you can choose how many days per week you want to work and you can choose to work just in the morning or in the afternoon. Flexible hours.

The Naturally Clean Co is a small Brisbane cleaning business and we're looking for two new cleaners to join the team.

Most of our work is in Wynnum and the surrounding bayside suburbs, with some jobs further across Brisbane. You'd be cleaning homes and a few commercial sites, working mostly on your own once you're trained, with your manager a phone call away.

You'll need your own car. That's how you get yourself and the equipment to each job, so it's a hard requirement on this one.

This is a job, not a contract

A lot of the cleaning work advertised out there is contract work, where you invoice, sort your own tax and put away your own super. This isn't that. You'd be employed by us on a casual basis under your Tax File Number, which means:

Your tax comes out before you're paid, so there's no bill waiting for you in July

We pay your superannuation on top of your hourly rate

You're paid a casual loading on top of the base rate

You're covered by our insurance while you're working

You get a payslip every pay and a rate you can count on

We think that's worth a lot, and it's a big part of why we're bringing more people on as employees.

The hours

Shifts sit between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You choose how many days a week you want, and whether you'd rather work mornings, afternoons or a full day.



If you've got school pickup, study, or something else standing in the diary, tell us and we'll roster around it. The flexibility is real, it isn't just a line in an ad.

What you'd be doing

You'd report to your manager and take care of the cleaning at each of your scheduled jobs. That covers:

Kitchens and ovens

Bathrooms, toilets and showers

Vacuuming and mopping

Windows

Carpet cleaning

Dusting and general tidying

Patios and outdoor areas

Along with the cleaning itself, you'd look after the company equipment you're issued, keep your consumables stocked, log your timesheets, keep your work area safe and tidy, and follow our workplace health and safety procedures. Other reasonable tasks come up from time to time, as they do in any job.

Who we're after

Cleaning experience is preferred and we'll take it into account. That said, we've hired great people with none, so if you've got the right attitude don't count yourself out. What matters most:

You take pride in your work and can check your own before you leave

You're reliable and you turn up when you say you will

You're good with people. Our clients see you far more than they see me

You can work on your own and keep yourself organised

You've got a current driver's licence and your own vehicle

You've got a mobile phone or tablet that can call, text, email and run an app or two

You can legally work in Australia
