Customer Service Representative - Entry-Level - Full Training Provided

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team in Eagle Farm. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, perfect for someone who wants meaningful work and a supportive team environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, and field technicians. Rather than handling sales or cold calls, your role focuses on supporting safety-focused services that protect lives.

You’ll help coordinate inspections, answer questions, and support technicians in the field - playing a key role in ensuring smoke alarms are installed, maintained, and working when they’re needed most.

What You’ll Be Doing

Taking inbound calls and emails from clients,



tenants, and technicians

Providing clear, practical support and reassurance to customers

Scheduling inspections and managing service bookings

Supporting field technicians with job-related enquiries

Learning about smoke alarm legislation, products, and life‑saving services

About You

This is an entry‑level role - No call centre experience required

Previous customer service or admin experience is helpful but not essential

Reliable, punctual, and genuinely care about helping others

Strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic approach

Comfortable working in a quick‑paced environment

Able to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities

CRM experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided

Must have Australian work rights
