We are partnering with our client who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their leading FMCG manufacturing business in a temp-to-perm opportunity. This is an excellent chance to join a fast-paced production setting where you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders and manage maintenance schedules.
- Ensure spare parts and resources are available to support planned works.
- Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting within the CMMS.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

About You





- Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and asset management principles.
- Experience using CMMS systems.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
