I'm looking for a talented Content Producer to help document the journey of building a distinctive property and hospitality brand.

This isn't a typical social media role. We're creating thoughtful, high-quality content around property development, boutique hotels, design, entrepreneurship and the story behind building a business.

About the role

You'll work closely with me to produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Responsibilities include:

- Filming short-form and long-form content.
- Video editing for social media.
- Creating easy Canva graphics and visual assets.
- Organising and managing content files.
- Brainstorming content ideas and creative concepts.
- Repurposing one piece of content across multiple platforms.
- Helping build a premium founder-led brand.

About you

You don't need to know everything.

I'm looking for someone who:





- Has a great eye for storytelling.
- Is confident filming and editing video.
- Has experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Can use Canva confidently.
- Loves social media and understands what keeps people watching.
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys collaborating.

I'm a property developer currently creating a design-led boutique hotel under the Mii & Co brand.

The content will cover:

- Property development.
- Hotel design and construction.
- Design thinking.
- Founder stories.

The goal isn't simply to post on social media - it's to build a meaningful brand over the long term.
