About the role
We are currentlyhave an exciting opportunity within our R&D; team for aPermanent Senior Food Technologist Research role.
Help us produce products meeting Earlee Products, safety, quality, productivity and MIFOT standards.
Day to Day responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible to work with customers directly and support the overall R&D; team to work with the customer concept request, to develop and prepare products to meet their specification and to assist with the production trials.
- Promote and demonstrate Earlee Products Culture, Mission and Values.
- Promote and demonstrate the workplace health and safety policies and procedures to support a safe environment at all times.
- Work directly with Customers in the development, preparation and improvement of products.
- On completion of development, prepare product costings in line with company expected margins for product categories.
- Ensure specifications and pricing are submitted with customer samples and within the required timing.
- Work with the Customers where required on product trials and scaling.
- Participate in R&D; Team meetings on progress of product development and recent client product development.
- Maintain the CRM(Insightly) with information pertaining to each product sample.
- Maintain recipe pro with accurate recipe data for each product sample and finished good.
- Onboard new products as required, following the onboarding process in RecipePro.
- Approve and sign-off new products onboarded through RecipePro signoff.
- Support the R&D; Manager and team through administration, research and adhoc tasks as required.
