About the Role

A senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing the full operational performance of a multifaceted hospitality venue. This role drives excellence across front of house, food and beverage, events, and back of house coordination, while ensuring robust financial outcomes.

Key focus areas include increasing functions and events revenue, managing the full events life cycle, and maintaining operational efficiency across staffing, service delivery, and compliance.



Close collaboration with the culinary team ensures cost control targets are achieved, with a strong emphasis on maintaining food and beverage margins.

This position plays a critical role in shaping team culture, delivering training, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Your Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years in a senior hospitality or venue management role
- Proven leadership capability across large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Demonstrated success in driving events, functions, and business growth
- Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, compliance, and POS systems
