Westminster School is seeking an outstanding educator and leader to join our Senior School as Year 10 Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the most significant year levels in a student's educational journey. Working closely with students, families and colleagues, you will provide leadership across student wellbeing, academic progress, subject selection and pathway planning, ensuring every Year 10 student is well prepared for the transition to senior secondary studies.

As a key member of the Senior School leadership team, you will combine a passion for teaching with a commitment to pastoral care, collaboration and continuous improvement. This Position of Responsibility is a three-year appointment (in normal circumstances) with an ongoing permanent teaching position and a reduced teaching load while undertaking leadership responsibilities.
