What You'll Do:

- Lead design and delivery of large-scale roads and highways projects

What You Bring:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 15+ years' roads/highways engineering experience
- Registered Qualified Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for innovation and sustainability in transport infrastructure
- Cross-regional project experience in ANZ
- Familiarity with emerging tech and digital tools
- Business development exposure
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale projects
- Willingness to travel within ANZ as needed
