About the role
As a Course Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring a career in emergency health care. Your job is to understand what someone wants from their career, match them to the right course and guide them through to a confident enrolment.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed KPIs in line with business targets
- Maintain enrolment quality: right student, right course
- Represent the organisation's brand and values in every interaction
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes in lead and student files
- Keep sales pipeline data accurate and current
- Report on lead and client feedback around course demand and quality
- Flag lead quality and conversion issues as they arise
- Identify your own skill gaps and raise them for training and development

What will you be doing?
- Calling inbound leads and identifying their needs and future goals
- Following up leads and working a structured touch-point strategy
- Running a consultative sales process to match students to the most suitable course
- Managing your pipeline through to conversion, tracking every stage along the way
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years in a sales role or call centre environment
- Experience in HubSpot (not essential)
- A proven track record hitting KPIs
- Excellent phone and written communication
- Strong objection handling, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent written communication
- Highly regarded industry backgrounds: education, training, healthcare, insurance, travel, telco or fitness
