About the Role
This is the kind of role where your clinical knowledge opens doors, your relationships build trust and your conversations improve the way care is delivered.
You'll spend your time out in the field building meaningful relationships with aged care providers across your territory. Some days you'll be introducing customers to innovative wound care and continence solutions. Other days you'll be delivering education, supporting product evaluations or working alongside clinicians to help them achieve better outcomes for their patients.
You'll also identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, develop recent business and partner with key opinion leaders.
It's a role for someone who enjoys the balance of clinical conversations, commercial thinking and genuine relationship building.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build trusted relationships with aged care providers across Sydney.
- Grow existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities across your territory.
- Deliver engaging education sessions that bring clinical evidence to life.
- Support product evaluations, implementations and best-practice patient care.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience across healthcare, aged care or medical devices is essential.
- A track record of building strong customer relationships and growing a territory.
- Confidence presenting, educating and influencing a range of stakeholders.
- Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable managing your own territory.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration? That's a huge plus, but not essential.
