Zenith Hotels seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house at East Pavilion, a brand-recent, waterfront dining concept opening September 2026 at Shoal Bay. You will help build the opening team and establish service standards.

Working with the Head of Restaurant Operations and Chef de Cuisine, you will shape culture, recruit, train and develop staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences from day one.
