We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Process Workers / Food Production Operators to join a well-established and growing specialty smallgoods manufacturer based in Milperra.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in meat processing, butchery, food production, manufacturing, or commercial kitchens who are looking for consistent Monday to Friday work and the opportunity to become part of a supportive production team.

Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates!

The Role

- Location: Milperra, NSW
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
- Employment: Ongoing full-time
- Start: Immediate
- Applicants must be available to commit to the full Monday to Friday shift pattern on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of a busy food production team, your duties may include:

- Meat processing and general food production
- Must be able to handle all kinds of meat eg beef, pork chicken
- Knife work, including cutting, deboning, slicing, and hand processing
- Mincing, mixing, weighing, and portioning products
- Operating food processing machinery and ovens
- Packing, sealing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
- Stock rotation, receiving goods, and order fulfilment
- Manual handling and lifting products weighing up to 20-25kg
- Cleaning production equipment and work areas using food-safe chemicals
- Following strict HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in meat processing, butchery, food manufacturing,



or food production is highly regarded. We will also consider candidates with commercial kitchen, kitchen hand, food preparation, or general manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in meat processing, butchery, food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Knife handling skills are highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Experience operating food processing machinery is advantageous
- A robust understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 20-25kg
- The ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- The ability to work well within a team

Essential Requirements

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident due to the ongoing nature of the position
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable transport to and from Milperra
- Full availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
- Ability to commit to ongoing full-time work
