CRE Group is currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our team on an ongoing civil construction project based in Lowood, QLD.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established civil contractor with consistent work for the right candidate.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role and is not solely an operating position. We are looking for someone who is happy to jump off the machine and assist the crew with general civil labouring duties when required.

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Demonstrated experience operating Padfoot and Smooth Drum Rollers
- Current Roller Ticket (RII)
- Construction White Card
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist with labouring tasks
- Road construction experience will be highly regarded
