The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a large operational warehouse function based in Cairns.

Managing a team of approximately 10-15 employees, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of warehouse operations, inventory control, team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will suit a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes and driving operational excellence. Working closely with senior stakeholders across supply chain, procurement and operations, you will play a key role in strengthening warehouse performance while supporting broader business objectives.

Skills & Experience: Reporting into senior supply chain leadership, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, team performance and warehouse governance.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:





- Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing operational teams
- Experience within maritime, shipbuilding, manufacturing, defence, heavy industry or similarly complex environments highly regarded
- Sound inventory management and warehouse governance experience
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems (IFS advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, efficiency and operational performance
- Current Driver Licence
