About the Role
The Member Services & Transport Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Metro Community Hub. This position contributes to high quality member engagement, secure and reliable transport coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth program delivery and positive member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional front-of-house support to members and visitors.
- Assist with transport coordination including member bookings, scheduling, and communication.
- Support safe vehicle operations in accordance with organisational policies and procedures (if rostered to drive).
- Maintain accurate records relating to transport, attendance, and service delivery.
- Assist with CRM data entry and administrative tasks as required.
- Support program activities and events as directed.
- Work collaboratively with staff,
volunteers, and members to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, privacy requirements, and SCHADS Award conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
- Ability to manage time effectively within limited weekly hours.
- Competency in basic administrative systems and data entry.
- Commitment to confidentiality and respectful member engagement.
- Alignment with the mission and values of Metro Community Hub.
Additional Requirements
- Right to work in Australia (no sponsorship available)
- Current Full Driver's Licence (this role will require driving a light van - applicants must hold a current Australian driver licence suitable for operating a light vehicle).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
