We’re looking for an experienced Supervisors and Leading Hands who can build a high performing team, earn the trust of our customer and create a culture where safety, accountability and teamwork come first.

We have a number of roles for locations only a few hours from Mackay.

What You’ll Be Doing

- You’ll be responsible for leading a mining maintenance team where every day brings a new challenge.
- Promote and maintain a solid safety culture on site.
- Coordinate teams and resources to deliver efficient breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are met safely, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with site and organisational targets.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew.

What You’ll Bring

- Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand experience in mining.
- Skilled in mobile equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or Fitting (Aus recognised).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability, and safety legislation.
- Proactive leader with team mentoring skills.
- Current Australian driver’s licence & full working rights.
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain).
