Overview of Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring materials, products and components are efficiently received, stored and dispatched to meet production and customer needs.

What you will do

- Goods receiving- checking, counting and putting away of stock
- Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and other turnaround times.
- Stock checks and cycle counting of products in the warehouse
- Proactive approach to stock accuracy.
- Keeping paperwork up to-date and keeping records of the stock.
- Ensure safe and productive handling of goods.
- Ensure warehouse functioning and consolidation of goods.
- Ensure that all freight is moved correctly to minimize misroutes.
- Loading and unloading of vehiclesusing manual handling and or forklift
- Always follow health and safety procedures

What we need from you

- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks.
