Virbac Australia has an exciting opportunity for a passionate salesperson to join our Companion Animal team, to help grow our pet care portfolio in our companion animal range.

This role is responsible for the Brisbane North territory. This full-time position is integral to driving business objectives and growth in the region.

The key areas of accountability for this role are:

- Developing and maintaining strong sales and customer relationships;
- Achieving agreed sales and business targets;




- Identifying and driving opportunities and following up on leads and advances in the territory;
- Growing market share for the Virbac Companion Animal business;
- Staff training and education on Virbac products and services.

We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated sales professional to drive results in the region in line with team and organisational strategies.

You’re someone who:

- Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Has the ability to operate autonomously, as well as part of a team.
- Has a proven track record of selling and/or Veterinary/Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Holds tertiary qualifications (e.g., Veterinary Nursing), which would be highly preferred.
- Has a curious mind and loves learning new things—because growth (personal and professional) is kind of your thing.
- Feels a genuine connection to animals and understands their importance in our lives, industries, and environment.
- Shows up for your team with heart, humility, and a willingness to pitch in—no egos, just good energy.
- Is ready to take ownership of your role, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us do things better.
- Appreciates clear communication, good banter, and meaningful conversations.
- Has experience in driving sales and results in the region and developing customer relationships.
- Has strong motivation to develop business and achieve goals, as well as being flexible, proactive, and timely in reacting to market conditions and customers.
- Has solid computer skills and a good understanding of CRM and data management programs.
