Are you ready to transform complex project backlogs into seamless, high-impact delivery success? We are seeking a proactive and structured Delivery Lead Coordinator (Agile) to join a dynamic team, supporting end-to-end ICT delivery through a mix of Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies. In this key role, you will bridge the gap between technical SMEs, Product Owners, and Project Managers to coordinate schedules, align resources, and drive milestone delivery in a fast-paced public sector setting.

What You Will Do:

- Support the definition, planning, and coordination of delivery artefacts, ensuring tasks progress to schedule across teams.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and progress tracking in Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical SMEs across geospatial, data, planning, and platform development streams.
- Assist with schedule maintenance using MS Project Schedule, managing resource requests, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Proactively track, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change logs to support Business Case development and deliverables.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:





- Proven experience coordinating and delivering ICT enterprise initiatives within a public sector or large, complex organizational environment.
- Deep understanding or certification in project and program management frameworks, such as Agile, PRINCE2, or MSP.
- Hands-on proficiency with Agile delivery toolsets including Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Project (Project Online).
- Strong capability in managing dependencies, risks, and resource scheduling across multiple competing workstreams.
- Exceptional written communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical, business, and governance groups.
