Harcourts Avenu is looking for an enthusiastic and creative In-House Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team. Working across two office locations—Newcastle & Lake Macquarie—you'll play a key role in showcasing some of the region's most impressive homes and helping our agents deliver exceptional marketing campaigns.

The Role

As our in-house photographer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that helps our properties stand out in the marketplace.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Property photography and photoshoots
- Exterior and lifestyle photography
- Drone photography
- Agent and staff headshots
- Editing and delivering images within required timeframes
- Coordinating shoots with our sales team
- Capturing office events, team content and marketing material when required
- Property videography (desirable)





This role offers flexibility to work from either of our Newcastle or Lake Macquarie office locations, with travel between offices and properties as part of your day.

What We're Looking For

- Experienced in real estate or architectural photography
- Experienced with floor plan software
- Skilled in videography and video editing
- Organised and able to manage multiple shoots each day
- Friendly, professional and confident working with clients and our sales team
- Holds a current driver's licence

Has access to their own required equipment
