About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be styling up-to-date brides, managing fittings, and delivering a thoughtful and elevated showroom experience.
- 2-3 days per week, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Part-time position with commission on sales
- Work independently in a beautifully designed showroom environment
- Ideal for someone self-motivated who enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of their space
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, personalised styling appointments for each client
- Guide brides through their fittings with care, empathy, and confidence
- Use Monday.com to manage client orders and notes
- Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented and aligned with the Lola Varma aesthetic
- Keep samples and stock organised and in excellent condition
- Communicate clearly with our Melbourne atelier and production team
- Share in the joy, energy, and emotion of the bridal journey

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- A clear and confident communicator
- Experienced in retail (luxury or bridal preferred)
