Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer looking for your next contract opportunity?
Join an established technical team as they undertake a full replatforming of their current ServiceNow instance. Working alongside a leading implementation partner, you will play a key hands-on role in supporting the live platform and assisting with the replatforming transition within a high-governance environment.
This full-time, 6-month contract is based on-site, with hybrid working from home flexibility considered once you are fully settled.
What You Will Do:
- Perform hands-on system design, development, and configuration to support and maintain the live ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with the enterprise replatforming project in collaboration with an external implementation partner.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, support procedures, manuals, designs, and status reports.
- Monitor, report on, and improve system performance, availability, and overall health.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, configuration, and platform maintenance.
- Proven experience working within a partnered delivery model alongside third-party implementation partners.
- Comfort and confidence operating within a strict governance and compliance-heavy environment.
- Positive communication skills with a well-rounded technical background to step in and support the team quickly..
