For an experienced Buyers Agent who wants better support, stronger structure and a genuine platform to grow.

McCauley Talent Advocacy is representing a growing Queensland buyers agency in the search for experienced Buyers Agents to join its teams across two key regions:

- North Lakes / Burpengary
- Greater Ipswich

Candidates can be based within either region and will primarily focus on their respective local market. You will not be expected to service both areas.

This opportunity is not for someone looking to try buyers agency for the first time.

We are looking for individuals who already have at least one year of experience as a Buyers Agent, hold an active QLD Real Estate Licence and are ready to align with a business that is serious about agent support, culture and long-term growth.

Our client has built its model around supporting agents properly. This includes lead flow, off-market access, industry partnerships, technology, systems, training and a team environment designed to help agents perform at their best.

About the Opportunity

You will work with home buyers and investors to help them search for, assess, negotiate and secure residential property.

This is a performance-based role suited to someone who is self-motivated, commercially minded and confident managing clients through the buying process.

You will not be expected to build everything from scratch without support. Our client provides the structure, tools and environment to help the right agent grow their pipeline, improve their profile and increase their earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working with buyers and investors from brief through to purchase
- Searching for suitable on-market and off-market opportunities
- Assessing property suitability, value and risk
- Building relationships with selling agents and industry contacts




- Negotiating purchases on behalf of clients
- Managing your pipeline through internal systems and CRM
- Representing the business across your respective local market

About You

To be considered, you must have:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Buyers Agent
- Active QLD Real Estate Licence
- Strong residential property knowledge
- Confidence dealing with buyers, agents and referral partners
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- A disciplined, organised and self-motivated approach
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
