Payworx is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care across Inner West, Penrith, Springwood, Ryde and Lane Cove in NSW. You will support aged care participants to maintain independence and quality of life, delivering person-centred assistance in the community.
Key duties include personal care, domestic tasks, community access, dementia support and social participation, with medication assistance where applicable.
