We are seeking Full Time Virtual and E-Learning Trainer Assessors to join our team based at our Head Office in Murarrie. This role also offers hybrid and remote working arrangements for the right candidates.

What you’ll do

- Support students to succeed while maintaining high standards of training and assessment
- Deliver and assess online and/or virtual training, ensuring assessments are marked promptly
- Engage and motivate students via phone, Moodle messaging, webinars, and email
- Monitor student progress and encourage timely completion within expected enrolment durations
- Maintain accurate records and file notes within the LMS




- Participate in moderation and validation activities
- Maintain vocational competency and compliance with Pinnacle’s standards and policies

What you’ll bring

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Solid teamwork and time‑management skills
- Confidence with digital tools and online systems
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Vocational competencies in the areas you teach and assess
- Currency and experience within your subject area
- Prior experience with e‑learning or virtual delivery (highly regarded)
