We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Content Lead who can turn ideas into content that captures attention and drives results. This is a senior execution role where you'll work closely with our founders to develop creative concepts, produce and publish engaging content, manage our social media channels, oversee affiliate marketing, coordinate brand partnerships and contribute to paid advertising across Meta and TikTok.

You'll be part of a small, ambitious team where no two days are the same. One day you might be planning a product launch, the next you're filming behind-the-scenes content, working with creators, analysing campaign performance or bringing the next viral idea to life.

If you're proactive, creative, obsessed with social media, comfortable using AI as part of your workflow and love working in a fast-moving business where your work has a direct impact on growth, this is an opportunity to build something truly special.

What you’ll own:

Content strategy: develop angles, hooks and concepts across the brand for the co-founders to create and produce

Content editing and posting: edit and publish across all channels, on schedule

Social media management: run our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook day to day

Affiliate management: recruit, brief and manage affiliates (including creators with large followings), track performance via unique links,



and stay across platform shifts that affect the program (such as Instagram’s affiliate tagging updates)

USA launch: set up, run and manage our USA TikTok account and TikTok Shop when we launch into the market next year

Facebook community group management: grow and moderate our community, keep engagement high

Partnerships and brand collaborations: pitch, secure and manage the rollout of monthly collaborations, events and give-back initiatives

Celebrity gifting: build and run a gifting program to reach recent audiences

Marketing calendar: maintain a simple, clear calendar (this is an execution role, not a planning-heavy one)

Meta paid ads creation: build and iterate on ad creative, working with Claude

TikTok ads management: create and manage TikTok ad campaigns, working with our dedicated TikTok rep.

About you:

3-5 years+ in content, social or performance marketing for a consumer or eCommerce brand (this is a senior execution role, not a junior one)

You execute fast and to a high standard: editing, posting, shooting on the fly, keeping channels alive

Confident on camera and behind it, with a sense of humour and a good eye for what performs

Proficient with Claude or other AI tools, and excited to build them into your workflow

Organised enough to run a simple calendar and hit launch deadlines

Experience with Meta and TikTok ads is a strong advantage

Self-directed, in the moment, and always spotting a content opportunity
