The job

Email is already one of our biggest revenue channels and nobody owns it full time.

You'd own the day to day of our Klaviyo accounts. Flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability and reporting.

What you'll actually do

- Rebuild and maintain our flows across the AU, NZ and US accounts.

- Run three campaign calendars. AU, NZ and the US.

- Own the SMS flows and campaigns

- Set up review requests and post purchase surveys

- Report on what's working

You

- 2+ years hands on with Klaviyo

- You've run email at an ecommerce brand before

- You write clean copy without needing a copywriter

- You're organised enough to run three calendars

- You like owning a channel and being judged on what it produces

Details

- Full time, based in Brisbane. Hybrid, a few days a week at our Bulimba office with the rest of the team & the option to work the rest from home

- $80,000–$120,000 + super, depending on experience

- Reports to our Head of Ecommerce
