With multiple convenient locations across Launceston and a growing presence in Devonport, we are proud to employ approximately 100 local professionals across our sales, service, and vehicle reconditioning departments.

About the role:

We're experiencing exciting growth and are seeking Service Advisors to join our customer-facing team at our state-of-the-art service centre in South Launceston. As a vital link between us and our customers, your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the below;

- Productive handling of incoming calls
- Schedule customer vehicles in for servicing, repair and warranty
- Meet and greet customers on arrival and pickup of vehicles




- Explain and consult with customers on services carried out on their vehicles
- Follow up jobs throughout the day to ensure all customer needs and requirements are met

Skills and experience:

- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
- Sound computer skills
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Front counter experience preferred but not essential
