Social Media & Content Creator - One Central Property
Location: North Sydney (Hybrid)
Start: Negotiable - available for the right person now
Do you love creating content that stops the scroll, builds trust and actually drives results?
One Central Property is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand to life online.
This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk scheduling posts all day. You'll be out filming on location with our founders, editing Reels, crafting email campaigns and building a brand that first-time property investors genuinely want to follow and trust.
No two days are the same. One day you might be filming a walking-and-talking Reel with our General Manager breaking down why most investors never get past their first property. The next, you're editing a Meta ad using a real client result, writing a nurture email for someone who's been sitting on the fence for six months, or spotting a trending audio that you can flip into a property education piece.
If you're passionate about content creation, can write copy that actually converts and know how to make a specialist professional services brand feel human and relatable - we'd love to hear from you.
About One Central Property
We're a Sydney-based buyers agency specialising in helping everyday Australians - mostly first-time investors - build real property portfolios through our Domino Strategy: buy the right property first, unlock equity, repeat.
We're not a listing agency. We don't represent properties - we represent our clients. Our business is built on education, honest advice and measurable results. Our founders are the face of the brand, and our content needs to reflect that: real voices, real outcomes, and genuine value for people who are trying to figure out how to start investing.
We've recently brought our marketing fully in-house and are building the content function from the ground up. This is your chance to have real ownership over what we create and how we show up online.
What You'll Be Doing
Social Media & Organic Content
Plan and manage content across Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
Film and edit Reels, short-form video and behind-the-scenes content with our founders and team
Write captions and copy in OCP's voice - educational, direct and human, never "salesy"
Turn market updates, client outcomes and expert commentary into content people actually stop for
Manage content calendars and scheduling so nothing falls through the cracks
Stay across trends, new features and platform updates - and know how to adapt them to a professional services audience
Grow our online community through genuine engagement and interaction
Track performance and continually refine your approach based on what's working
Paid Ad Creative
Create static and video ad assets for Meta campaigns, working from approved messaging frameworks
Repurpose high-performing organic content into paid ad formats
Build and test creative variations across different audiences and offers
Keep paid creative fresh, on-brand and conversion-focused
Email Marketing
Write and design email campaigns for new leads, warm prospects and existing clients
Build out nurture sequences that educate and move people toward booking a call
Manage scheduling and basic campaign builds in GoHighLevel (our CRM)
Report on open rates and click-through, and adjust copy and creative accordingly
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely loves content and gets a real kick out of building brands that people trust. You'll have a natural eye for storytelling, know what makes people stop scrolling and be just as comfortable writing a punchy email as you are pointing a camera.
This role is well suited to someone in their final year of a Marketing, Communications,
Media or Business degree who is ready to put their skills to work in a real business environment. The 3-day week fits neatly around study commitments, and the breadth of the role - organic content, paid ads and email - gives you the kind of hands-on, cross-channel experience that looks exceptional on a graduate résumé.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing social media for a business, brand or as part of your studies - property, finance or professional services is a bonus, not a must
Strong photography, videography and editing skills
Confidence using CapCut and Canva or similar tools
Excellent copywriting skills across captions, ads and email
Some exposure to paid social ad creative and/or email marketing - whether through work, internships or university projects
A proactive attitude, heaps of creative ideas and the initiative to back them
Great organisation and the ability to manage a content calendar with minimal supervision
Comfort directing founders and team members on camera and getting the best out of them
Why Join Us?
At One Central Property, we're doing something most buyers agencies aren't: putting education and service at the centre of everything, and using content to prove it. Our founders genuinely believe in what they do, and that comes across on camera. Your job is to capture it.
Flexible part-time hours - 3 days per week that work around study or other commitments, with room to grow as the role expands (opportunity to move to full-time)
Real creative ownership - you'll shape how OCP shows up online, not just execute a brief
Direct access to our founders, meaning fast feedback, fast decisions and content that actually goes live
A genuine variety of work across organic content, paid ads and email - the kind of cross-channel experience most grads don't get until years into their career
A small, fast-moving team that backs good ideas and gets things made
The chance to grow your hours and your career alongside a business that's actively scaling
