MSS Security is seeking professional and reliable Defence Security Relievers to support operations across four Defence sites: Glenbrook, Holsworthy, Richmond and Orchard Hills. This unique position offers the opportunity to work across multiple Defence environments, gain broad operational experience, and build a rewarding long-term career within the Defence sector.

You are professional, adaptable and committed to delivering high standards of security and customer service. You enjoy working in a team environment while also being confident working independently when required.

About you:

Australian Citizenship - required for Defence security clearance eligibility

A currentSecurity License valid in NSW

Baseline Defence Clearance or must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance

Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders

The ability toremain calm under pressure and make sound decisions

A strong sense ofintegrity,accountability, andattention to detail

Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from motivated individuals looking to build a long term career in the security industry.
