Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM) - Ryde NSW

We are seeking a Part Time Membership AdministrativeOfficer (30 hours per week 9.00am-3.00pm) to provide comprehensive membership administrative support for a busy, health leadership qualified association.

This role maintains and administers the records within our membership platform, ensuring accuracy and processing all current and advancing membership applicants.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated experience in providing customer service and administering data records in a professional office environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Sound organisational skills and ability to manage workload, competing demandsandmeet deadlines.





Strong Microsoft Office skills essential and database management skills preferred.

Well developed written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate well with members.

Sound ability to work effectively within a small team environment.

If you are a self-starter, with an eye for detail, who thrives in a customer focused environment, and has the ability to manage multiple work streams at once. Office base in Ryde with work from home 3 days per week after a qualifying period.
