We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at REMAX Consultants' in Booval, Ipswich city, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional property management services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including coordinating inspections, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring timely rent collection
Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords
Effectively communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve any issues that arise
Advertising and marketing available rental properties to find suitable tenants
Handling the administrative aspects of property management, such as lease agreements and rental records
Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry regulations
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
What we're looking for
Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within the real estate and property industry
Minimum of 1-2 years residential property management experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
Proficient in using property me software (Preffered but not required)
A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
Must hold a current real estate licence at the time of application
