If you've spent years installing, servicing, or commissioning air conditioning systems and want to move into estimating, sales, and project coordination, we'd like to hear from you.
Solutions is looking for a Sales and Project Manager. We'd rather train an experienced HVAC technician in quoting and sales than teach someone with no industry experience how air conditioning systems work.
This is a hands-on role that combines site inspections, customer consultations, estimating, quoting, and project coordination across domestic and light commercial projects throughout the Gold Coast.
What You'll Do
Attend site inspections across the Gold Coast
Meet with homeowners, builders, and light commercial clients
Assess project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions
Prepare quotations for domestic and light commercial air conditioning projects
Read plans and specifications for recent builds and renovation projects
Follow up quotation opportunities and client enquiries
Build relationships with builders, property managers, and repeat clients
Assist with project coordination and handover to installation teams

What We're Looking For
Robust HVAC industry experience
Ability to communicate confidently with customers and builders
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
Current Driver Licence
White Card
Highly Desirable
ARC Licence
Experience reading plans and specifications
Experience with PolyPlan
Experience with PlanDroid
Experience with SimPRO or similar software
