Clean Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual / Part-Time Relief Operator to join our Sunshine Coast Regional Council team.
Based in the Maroochydore area, you'll help maintain public parks and community facilities to a high standard, ensuring they remain clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is looking for flexible hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.
About the Role
Working independently across various council parks and reserves, your duties will include:
- Cleaning public toilet amenities
- Cleaning playground equipment
- Cleaning public BBQ facilities
- Cleaning park shelters and picnic areas
- Emptying litter bins and collecting rubbish
- Restocking consumables and amenities
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage and hazards
- Operating company vehicles safely
- Delivering exceptional service while representing CMS professionally
Every day is different,
and you'll play an important role in maintaining some of the Sunshine Coast's most visited public spaces.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive communication skills
- The physical ability to undertake outdoor manual work
Desirable (but not essential)
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Parks or facilities maintenance experience
- White Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience using mobile apps for reporting
