Due to our continued growth in this this space – AMF is now looking to grow the team to cater for our next level of expansion.
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Associate Relationship Manager to support broker and lender engagement, manage deal flow, and contribute to business growth within our growing non-bank lending arm of the business.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Product & Development Executive to maintain robust stakeholder relationships, manage an active pipeline of opportunities, and ensure deals progress efficiently from enquiry through to settlement.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and lender BDMs
- Acting as a trusted and responsive point of contact for key stakeholders
- Managing an active pipeline and progressing opportunities through to settlement
- Following up outstanding deals and re-engaging inactive opportunities
- Assisting with lender selection,
scenario discussions and deal structuring
- Identifying recent business opportunities and increasing broker engagement
- Representing AMF at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Supporting compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Experience in property lending, broker support, BDM support or financial services
- Understanding of the end-to-end property lending lifecycle
- Experience working with brokers or non-bank lenders (highly regarded)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, customer-focused and commercially minded approach
- Exposure to a broad range of lending transactions and stakeholders
