As a valued member of our Operational Team which works and reports to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will:
- assisting the Accounts Officer with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other end of month tasks, including firm billing
- assisting in contract management obligations including Government reporting obligations
- assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of new and separating employees and induction.
- maintaining employee records, undertaking Law Society and HR compliance and other support activities, including coordinating staff events
- providing general administrative support across the business as required
- handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
